Making sure your business is digital compatible means ensuring the end user (the customer!) can engage with you in the easiest manner.
That is why apps are more popular than ever. More business are investing in these ‘one click’ approaches to interaction and our first session of this workshop looks at what are business apps and how would they serve your business.
We ask participants to think about the product they have and does it need an app. This recognises in the digital world the decision to not have something is as valuable as the decision to have something.
Like websites, a big consideration for businesses looking at apps is do they create their own or do they go to the experts. This part of the session called ‘DIY or codebreakers’ looks at pitfalls, costs and best practice. Followed by an exercise called ‘Developing your own app’ the morning of this workshop will ensure those in attendance can make the most informed and empowered decision on apps for their business.
The second part of this workshop considers what a business does once it has an app and asks if you have one who knows about it? We’ll look at how you promote your app to the right people in the right way at the right time. That will be followed by asking how a business looks at their customer demographic and who on their client list needs the app and is most likely to use it.
A fun and innovative workshop will ensure participants leave with the most up to date knowledge on apps, whether their business needs one and if it does, what they need to do to make it a reality.
