This workshop will be delivered by Northamptonshire based experts in accountancy and HR.
Ashley Dunkley, a Partner at Cobley Desborough Accountants will lead the morning session looking at the importance of managing business accounts online.
The roots of Cobley Desborough go back to 1842 but today they manage accounts for SMEs across the county using their expertise on the most up to date digital systems available. This part of the workshop will challenge participants to consider how they currently manage their accounts and whether an online vehicle is right for them.
Ashley Dunkley will explain the benefits and pitfalls, what products are available, the crucial security implications and will get those businesses present to think around what they need and what serves their business.
In the afternoon, Dawn Exley, a Director at Gravitas HR, a company with over 50 years’ combined experience serving blue chip organisations and law firms will lead the workshop and get business to start thinking and considering the importance of HR – especially in the modern digital world.
Dawn will work with participants to look at what they currently do and what systems they have in place and are they the right ones for the modern business world. As well as looking at what HR systems are available on line to use, Dawn will get those present to consider internal HR issues that can evolve in a digital world. These include having staff policies on social media use, how to address such issues and ensuing a business is digital proof for the future.
This workshop, with the input of two leading experts in their field will ensure participants are informed and empowered to make the best decision for their business on what accounts and what HR digital strategy they need as part of a successful business.
