Evolve, the employer-responsive arm of Tresham College of Further and Higher Education, has been established to respond to the constantly changing training needs of both businesses and individuals, in the UK’s fastest-growing region.
The Evolve Business Liaison team support local businesses by delivering bespoke training solutions to meet their customers’ specific development requirements. They can advise on the different types of training available and the funding and grants that can be used to support training including Apprenticeship programmes. Some training can even be provided free of charge to local SMEs through the ESF Skills for the Workforce funding.
Apprenticeships continue to grow in popularity with both employers and young people. Evolve operate training schemes across many industry sectors including Business Administration, Customer Services, Team Leading, Management, IT and Social Media, Catering and Hospitality, Hair and Beauty, Accounting and Construction, Engineering, Construction Services and Electrical. Their service also includes the advertising and recruitment of Apprentices, all at no additional cost.
